What are the Title Rewards for each Title?*

When and how will I receive my Title Reward?
When you achieve a new Title between Senior Brand Specialist and Brand Vice President, a coupon will be added to your Younique.com account on the eighth of the following month. The coupon can be redeemed with your next purchase. Coupons expire 90 days after the date they are applied.
When you achieve the Title of Brand Executive or higher for the first time, your assigned Account Manager will reach out with instructions on redeeming your reward.
What should I do if I don’t receive my Title Reward?
If you don’t receive your reward or experience any issues, please notify us within 90 days of the reward being issued. Replacements cannot be issued after the coupon has expired.
How are Title Rewards impacted by the Pay Plan changes that were implemented on June 1, 2025?
We recently introduced a new Pay Plan, which includes an updated Title structure, new qualification requirements, and the removal of Sales Titles. As a result, all Brand Ambassadors and Brand Affiliates will have the opportunity to earn a new highest-achieved Title based on the updated Pay Plan structure.
To support a smooth transition, a grace period is in place from June 1 through December 31, 2025. During this grace period:
On January 1, 2026, everyone's recognized title will update to reflect the highest title achieved under the new Pay Plan between July 1 and December 31, 2025. After January 1, 2026, you will be eligible to earn Title Rewards for any new Title advancements.
This program may be modified or discontinued at any time at Younique’s discretion.
