What is Younique’s relationship with Komigo?  
Younique has partnered with Komigo to bring Younique Brand Ambassadors and Brand Affiliates in the U.S. and Canada a free social selling tool.   

Komigo is a platform for creators—designed to make social selling simpler and more effective.  

Komigo offers:

Are Komigo and Younique the same company? 
No. Komigo is a separate entity. Komigo and Younique operate under different terms and conditions, compensation agreements, customer care processes, and order fulfillment systems (including subscriptions). Younique has partnered with Komigo to ensure that Younique Brand Ambassadors and Affiliates have the tools they need to expand their personal business.  

What Komigo tools do Younique Brand Ambassadors/Affiliates have access to?  
All Younique Brand Ambassadors and Brand Affiliates receive free access to the Komigo Essentials tier as part of our partnership. The Essentials tier includes a suite of affiliate tools to help you grow your business and increase your earnings, as well as the KomigoBox subscription option, with the ability to add one-time product purchases—great for trying new items and stacking promotions. These tools are provided at no cost and are in addition to your Younique site and tools. 

Younique has opted into the following promotions available on the Komigo platform:* 
  1. Free Shipping 
  2. Auto-applied discount of 10% on all products
  3. Buy 3, Get a Free Product 
  4. Buy 4, Save More 
 
If you become a Komigo creator, these promotions will automatically apply to your Komigo site and can be used in your marketing and sales efforts.

How do I access my Komigo affiliate tools?  
To log in to Komigo, go to the Younique App, click on “More” on the home page, and then select the Komigo Tools icon. No additional log in needed, you’ll go straight to your Komigo account.  
  

Do I earn Younique PRS on Komigo orders?  
Yes, Younique products purchased through Komigo generate PRS the same way as products purchased through Younique and contribute to your Retail Pay, Team Pay, Fast Start, and more.  

PRS should appear in your Younique App reports and trackers nearly instantly.    

 
How are commissions paid on Younique products purchased through Komigo?  
For orders placed through Komigo in the U.S.:  
Komigo pays the base 20% Retail Pay directly to creators for all sales made through the platform. Komigo does not support 3-hour Instant Retail Pay. All commissions are paid monthly for accounts that have earned $50 USD or more in commissions.* 

Any earnings above the base 20% Retail Pay will be paid by Younique with your Month-End earnings through PayQuicker.  

For orders placed through Komigo in Canada: 
All commissions (including the base 20% Retail Pay) on Canadian Komigo orders are paid to your existing Younique PayQuicker account.  

Note: These commissions will not follow the standard 3-hour Instant Retail Pay policy. To avoid delaying launch, Komigo will temporarily hold these commissions and process them once the Younique submission system is finalized. If you prefer to continue receiving instant payments, you may keep using your existing Younique site for now.

Can I represent other brands on Komigo as a Younique Brand Ambassador and Brand Affiliate? 

Yes. As a Younique Brand Ambassador or Brand Affiliate, you may represent other Komigo-affiliated brands and earn commissions on their products — without violating your Younique Brand Ambassador or Brand Affiliate Agreement.

Please note: Younique Brand Ambassadors and Brand Affiliates may opt in to promote all U.S.-based Komigo brands, regardless of their market. Just keep in mind that customers outside the U.S. will only see products available in their region.

How are customer service issues handled?   

All Komigo-related questions—including orders, base 20% retail pay, onboarding, or training—should be directed to the Komigo team.

 

Questions about Month-End Pay should be directed to Younique Customer Care.

  

In what markets are Younique x Komigo tools available?   

Komigo tools are available to all Younique Brand Ambassadors and Brand Affiliates in the U.S. and Canada.

 

Can I use product credit on Komigo?  

No. Product credit issued by Younique must be used on younique.com and is not transferrable to Komigo.  

 

Does Younique’s Love It Guarantee apply to Komigo orders?  

No. Products ordered through Komigo are subject to Komigo’s own return policy. However, Komigo’s policy does mirror Younique’s Love It Guarantee for Younique product purchases. To view Komigo’s return policy, go to Komigo Tools > Dashboard > My Shop > Home, then scroll to the bottom of the page. 

 

Where can I find customer information and order details for Komigo purchases?  

You can view all Komigo orders, including those containing Younique products, in your Komigo Affiliate Tools under Sales > Orders.  

Additionally, any Younique product orders placed through Komigo will also appear in your Younique App reports and trackers, so you can easily monitor your PRS and customer activity in one place. 

 

Will Komigo sales impact Younique incentives or rewards?   

Yes. Younique products purchased through Komigo count toward your Younique PRS. That PRS will count toward any Younique rewards, title qualifications, or incentives once synced to your Younique account.    

 

At times, Younique will offer additional PRS-based promotions that are exclusive to purchases made through Younique.com or Youniqueproducts.com.  Brand Ambassadors and Affiliates will need to review the terms of each promotion as they occur to understand if Komigo purchases are eligible.  

  

How do I manage my subscription of Younique products?    

Both Younique and Komigo offer subscription services. Because they are separate entities, subscription fulfillment is separate.    

 

Komigo subscriptions can be managed by logging in to your Komigo account > My Shop > Profile > Komigo Box icon.

Komigo currently offers support in English and French.
