What is the Younique App?

The latest in our innovative Brand Ambassador tools, the Younique App allows Younique Brand Ambassadors to better support their team and manage their business. It offers a community space for Brand Ambassadors and Brand Affiliates to track their pay, connect with their team members, and stay up-to-date on Corporate communications. Plus, we're always striving to improve! We plan to roll out app updates regularly with new and improved features.


How do I download the Younique App?
The Younique App is available for download on all Apple and Android devices.


How can I log in to the Younique App?
If you are using an Apple/iOS device, you may use the following login credentials:

  1. Your Younique email address and password*
  2. Google
  3. Facebook

If you are using an Android device, you will have the option to log in using:

  1. Your Younique email address and password*
  2. Google

Note: Facebook login is not available for Android users.


If you forgot your password, you can easily reset it through your Younique account. Just follow the password reset instructions provided in your Back Office.

What is the Community feature on the Younique App?
Younique Communities are a social feature in the app that allows Community Leaders and their Community Members to connect and grow together. Communities consist of all Brand Ambassadors within a Community Leader's downline until the next Community Leader in their downline. A Community is larger than a Circle and may include several generations of a Community Leader's team. The Community Leader will have the ability to share messages and announcements with everyone within their Community. Community members will be able to view Team Highlights, which include recognition cards celebrating an individual's business milestones and achievements. All Brand Ambassadors will have the ability to create a recognition card for other Brand Ambassadors within the same community.


How do I send celebratory cards and recognition to my downline through the app? 
Community Leaders and Brand Ambassadors who have sponsored other individuals will automatically receive notifications in the app when members of their downline hit certain business milestones (i.e., Title Promotion, Lifetime PRS Achievements, new Brand Ambassadors joining their team, etc.). The milestones will also appear on the Community Highlights page, where fellow Brand Ambassadors can like or react to the achievement. Community Leaders and the Brand Ambassador's upline are encouraged to sign the card to celebrate the milestone


How can I become a Community Leader? 
Younique Communities are locked for one full calendar year and refresh every January. To be a Community Leader, a Brand Ambassador must be paid as a Brand Executive at least once during the prior calendar year.** Qualification for Community Leader is subject to change. 


How do I know if I'm a Community Leader?
Community Leaders will be notified by Younique at the start of each new year. Sales Managers will work directly with Community Leaders to provide training and tips on how best to support their Community. Please note that if you qualify to be a Community Leader but are not interested in leading your own Community, you may opt out.


What is the My Team Reporting tool provided in the Younique App?
My Team Reporting is a feature in the Younique App that enables Brand Ambassadors to access and create reports about their team's performance, sales, and other important metrics. It provides valuable insights for tracking progress, identifying areas for improvement, and making informed decisions to support team success. There are several templated reports available to all Brand Ambassadors. If the reports provided are not exactly what you want, you can create your own customized report.

How can I create a customized report in the My Team Reporting tool on the Younique App?
To create a customized report, follow these steps:

  1. Log into the Younique App and click on "More."
  2. From the drop-down menu, select "My Team."
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page, and click on "Create Customized Report."
  4. Give your report a name to easily identify it.
  5. Select a filter that corresponds to the specific data you want to include in your report.
  6. Once you have chosen your filter, you can start sorting, segmenting, and customizing the data based on your preferences and the insights you're looking for.

By following these steps, you can create a customized report tailored to your specific needs within the My Team Reporting tool on the Younique App.


What are the Younique Annual Leader Awards (YALA) Leaderboards?
The Younique App now features Younique Annual Leader Awards (YALA) Leaderboards, allowing you to track your performance in each category. For more information on the YALA program, click here


How can I contact my team through the Younique App? 
All Brand Ambassadors who have personally sponsored at least one Brand Ambassador will have the ability to send a Team Message, which allows them to recognize a personal achievement, issue a team challenge, etc. To do so, select the "Send a Message" button on the homepage of the app. It will default to send a message to your entire team, or you may select the group you would like to message. To see messages you have shared, click on your profile image in the top right-hand corner of the screen. To see messages shared by an upline, click on the image of their profile in your home page message list. Once you're in your user profile, you can select the Messages option from the menu to read all messages. Messages from Community Leaders can be viewed in the Announcements section of the Community section of the app. Only Community Leaders can share announcements.


How will I be notified of milestones that my team members or I achieve? 
You will receive a personal notification anytime you earn a business milestone (i.e., Title Promotion, Lifetime PRS Achievements, New Sign-Ups, etc.). In addition, the app will notify your Sponsor and Community Leader when you achieve a business milestone.


What is the Performance Tab in the Younique App?
The Performance Tab allows Sponsors to access performance statistics in user profiles, view metrics for downline individuals, and customize views to show specific metrics. Brand Ambassadors and Brand Affiliates can also view their own performance metrics within their user profile.


What are Enrollment Links, and how can I use them?
Enrollment Links simplify the enrollment process for new members. You can use the Younique App to copy the appropriate link (Brand Affiliate or Brand Ambassador) and share it with potential members, directing them to the YOUNIQUE Beauty Starter Kit for registration.


Will I be able to see my team members' personal contact information and birth dates?
If your team members have opted into sharing this information, then yes. You'll find the contact information they've chosen to share, such as their birthday on their User Profile.


Can I opt out of having my information shared on the app? 
Yes. You can set your personal information (birthday, phone number, email address, etc.) to private through the app's privacy settings. To do so, select the "More" option on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen, then select "Settings." In settings, you can click the edit icon next to "Contact Sharing" and choose to share your information publicly, with your Community, or keep it private. Please note that editing your contact or personal information on the app will not update your Younique Back Office. You will still need to go into your Younique Back Office to update and save personal information.


Can I receive direct messages from customers or fellow Brand Ambassadors through the app? 
No. You will not be able to receive messages from customers. Your upline and Community Leader will be able to send messages to you, but your downline or Brand Ambassadors from other teams and/or Communities will not be able to message you in the app at this time.


What is Customer Insights?
Customer Insights is a feature that allows you to view customer contact information, preferences, profiles, and order history directly from your phone. It provides a comprehensive view of customer information on a single page, making it easier to manage customer relationships.


Can I see customer information in the Younique App?
No. You will not be able to see customer information in the Younique App at this time.


Where can I find Corporate communications?
The most recent Corporate notifications and messages will be displayed on the app's homepage under the "Recent" tab and intermixed with your Community announcements and personal notifications.


What is the Younique Learning Hub?
The Younique Learning Hub is a landing page in the Younique App where Brand Ambassadors and Brand Affiliates can access onboarding, training, and guides. It is a resource that will continue to grow, offering different sections for training materials. 


How do I access the Learning Hub in the Younique App?
To access the Learning Hub in the Younique App, follow these steps:
  1. Log into the Younique App.
  2. Click on "More."
  3. Select "Learning" from the options provided.


Where can I view my monthly Title and Pay Plan information?
There are several areas of the app where you can view Title and Pay Plan information. On the app homepage, you will have access to four different progress trackers. The first tracks your progress toward earning the Younique Rewards Trip. The second is labeled "Selling" and tracks your PRS progress toward your Month-End Pay. Finally, you can track your Team's Progress and see how it affects Month-End Pay and Bonuses in the Mentoring tracker. At the bottom of the Mentoring tracker, you'll find an option to "View full Pay Plan." Click the button to see an overview of your progress through each Title and what is still needed to achieve your goals. Your historical Pay Plan information can be viewed in the My Pay section of the app. Once the month finalizes on the eighth day of the following month, you'll be able to view an overview of the month and how you were paid.


How do I change the app language? 
To change the language, select the "More" option on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen, then select "Settings." In settings, you can click the edit icon next to App Display Language and select your preferred language.


Can I purchase products through the Younique App?
No. At this time, the Younique App has been created to optimize the Brand Ambassador experience. Its features include community, communication, and business tools that allow Brand Ambassadors to better support their team and manage their business.


Can I contact Customer Care through the Younique App?
No. Customer Care tickets will still need to be submitted through the Customer Support tab on the Younique website here


Can I process my returns through the Younique App? 
No. Returns will need to be submitted through the self-serve feature on the website. For instructions on how to initiate a return, please click here.


Can I cancel my order through the Younique App?
No. Order cancellations will need to be completed through the website. For instructions on how to cancel an order, please click here


Can I review and manage my Younique Subscriptions through the Younique App? 
No. Subscriptions can only be reviewed and managed in the Subscription Manager on the website. For more information on Younique Subscriptions, please click here.
