What is the Bonus Pool?

The Bonus Pool is a program that sets aside 1% of global PRS (Personal Retail Sales) each month to reward Brand Ambassadors for key business-building activities. By sponsoring new Brand Ambassadors, helping them achieve milestones, and supporting leadership development, you can earn additional payouts tied directly to your team’s growth and your personal business success.

 

How do I earn shares in the Bonus Pool?

You can earn shares by completing the following actions:

  • Help a personally sponsored Brand Ambassador complete Fast Start Level 3.
  • Help a personally sponsored Brand Ambassador or Brand Affiliate achieve Brand Manager for the first time. 

 

Do I need to meet monthly requirements to earn Bonus Pool shares?

Yes, to qualify for share payouts, you must achieve at least 250 Personal Retail Sales (PRS) in a single month.

 

What happens if I don’t meet the 250 PRS requirement?

If you do not achieve 250 PRS in a single month, your shares will not pay out, even if you complete qualifying actions. Shares do not roll over to future months and will not be included in the share value calculation for that month.

 

If a Brand Ambassador in my downline achieves Fast Start Level 3, but one of their recruits returns their kit and their account is cancelled, will I still earn a Bonus Pool share?

No. If a personally sponsored Brand Ambassador achieves Fast Start Level 3, but one of the recruits that contributed to that achievement returns their kit and their account is cancelled, the Brand Ambassador will lose their Fast Start Level 3 status. As a result, you will not earn a Bonus Pool share for that achievement. Only Fast Start Level 3 completions by Brand Ambassadors who remain active and whose qualifying recruits also remain active and do not return their kits will count toward earning Bonus Pool shares. 

When will I receive my Bonus Pool payout?

The Bonus Pool payout is included in your Month-End Pay, which is paid on the 8th of each month, following the previous month’s earnings.


How is the share value determined each month?

The share value depends on the total Bonus Pool amount (1% of all company PRS) and the total number of shares earned by all qualifying Brand Ambassadors that month. The pool amount is divided by the total shares, determining the value per share.

 

Can I earn multiple shares in a month?

Yes, you can earn multiple shares based on the qualifying actions you complete. For example, if four of your personally sponsored Brand Ambassadors achieve Fast Start Level 3 and four team members achieve Brand Manager for the first time, you would earn a total of eight shares. 

 

How many shares are there in the Bonus Pool?

There is no limit to the number of shares available in the Bonus Pool. The number of shares in the Bonus Pool depends on the number of qualifying actions completed each month.

 

How does the Bonus Pool grow over time?

The Bonus Pool grows as global PRS increases each month. Since the pool is based on 1% of total global PRS, the pool size will vary each month.

 

Who can participate in the Bonus Pool?

The Bonus Pool Program is available to Brand Ambassadors in all Younique markets. Your team's location does not affect your ability to earn shares. Only Brand Ambassadors are eligible to participate in the Bonus Pool.   


Can I purchase a Starter Kit for someone I recruit? 

No. You are not allowed to pay for all or any part of a new recruit’s YOUNIQUE Starter Kit, nor can you offer gifts, incentives, or anything of monetary value in exchange for their enrollment. Doing so is a violation of the Independent Brand Ambassador Agreement and may result in loss of Bonus Pool eligibility. 

If you pay for a new recruit’s Starter Kit or allow them to use your credit or debit card to enroll, you will not be eligible to receive a Bonus Pool payout tied to that recruit—even if they meet all other qualifications. 

These restrictions are outlined in the Independent Brand Ambassador Agreement under:
