What is the Kickoff Promotion Bonus?
The Kickoff Promotion Bonus is a limited-time incentive designed to reward
Brand Ambassadors and Brand Affiliates who achieve a new Title under the Pay
Plan launched on June 1, 2025. It supports your transition and celebrates early
momentum under the new structure.
Between July 1, 2025, at 12:01 a.m. PDT and December 31,
2025, at 11:59 p.m. PST, you can earn a bonus by achieving Senior Brand
Specialist or above for the first time. Earn additional bonuses by maintaining
that same Title for a second and third month consecutively.
Important: You are only eligible to receive bonuses
for Titles you had not previously achieved before July 1, 2025.
Who is eligible for the Kickoff Promotion Bonus?
All Brand Ambassadors and Brand Affiliates are eligible to participate, so long
as your highest-achieved Title as of June 2025 was lower than Chief Brand
Executive.
What is the November and December kicker?
In November and December, you’ll earn even more when you hit a new Pay Plan Title for the first time.
How much can I earn?
Bonus amounts vary by Title and increase based on how long you maintain your
new Title (up to three months total).

How do I qualify for the bonus?
Between July 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025, you must promote to a Title higher
than your highest-achieved Title as of June 30, 2025.
Can I earn the bonus for just one month?
Yes. You will receive the month one bonus when you achieve your new Title for a
single month. However, you can also achieve additional bonuses if you maintain
your new title on month two and three.
What happens if I break the streak?
To receive the month two and month three bonuses, you must maintain your new
Title in consecutive months following your initial promotion.
If you miss a month, you will not be eligible for any
remaining Kickoff Promotion Bonus payments for that Title—even if you earn that
same Title again later within your three-month window.
For example, Lily was recognized as Brand Director as of
June 2025.
Can I earn bonuses for more than one Title?
Yes. Bonuses stack. If you promote to multiple new Titles during the
promotional period and maintain each for another two months, you can earn the
full bonus amount for each qualifying Title.
When are Kickoff Promotion Bonuses paid?
Kickoff Promotion Bonuses are paid with Month-End Pay, which
is issued on the 8th of the month following the month in which the bonus was
earned.
Do I receive any other rewards when I promote to a new
Title for the first time?
Yes! You will still receive the standard Title Reward when you promote to a new
Title for the first time. The Kickoff Promotion Bonus is in addition to this

How long do I have to earn the Kickoff Promotion Bonus once I promote?
You have a rolling three-month window, including the initial month of
promotion, to earn the Kickoff Promotion Bonus for each new Title you achieve
for the first time between July 1 and December 31, 2025.
This means:
If you
promote to a new Title in December, you have until February 28, 2026, to
earn all three bonuses.
Example Scenarios
- Not
Eligible: Marie has a recognized Title of Chief Brand Executive as of June 2025.
Because she has already achieved the highest-paid Title in the plan, Marie
is not eligible for the Kickoff Promotion Bonus.
- Eligible
and Maintains New Title for Three Months:
- Lily has a recognized Title of Brand Manager as of June 2025.
- July:
Achieves Senior Brand Manager (month one Senior Brand Manager bonus
of $75 USD)
- August:
Achieves Brand Director (month two Senior Brand Manager bonus of
$75 USD + month one Brand Director bonus of $125 USD)
- September:
Maintains Brand Director (month three Senior Brand Manager bonus of
$150 USD + month two Brand Director bonus of $125 USD)
- October:
Maintains Brand Director (month three Brand Director bonus of $250
USD)
- Total
Bonus: $800 USD ($300 USD for Senior Brand Manager promotion + $500
for Brand Director promotion)

earns Title Rewards for Senior Brand Manager and Brand Director
- Breaks
the Streak: Lily achieves Senior Brand Director in November and
receives the month one bonus of $150 USD. In December, she achieves Brand
Director, so she does not earn any more bonuses.
