Who can participate in the Fast Start Program?

Any Younique Brand Ambassador within their first 90 days of enrollment can participate in the Fast Start Program. Younique Brand Affiliates within their first 90 days of enrollment can participate in Fast Start Level 1 and Fast Start Level 2.

When does my Fast Start period begin?

Your Fast Start period begins the day you enrolled with Younique.

How long do I have to earn Fast Start Rewards?

Your Fast Start earning period is 90 days from the date you signed up with Younique.

How are Fast Start Rewards earned?

Fast Start Rewards are earned by achieving the Fast Start milestones.

What are the Fast Start Milestones?

Rising Star

• Requirement: Achieve 250 Personal Retail Sales (PRS) in your first 15 days.
• Rewards: A 50% off coupon for one full-priced retail item, free mirror as a gift, and a discounted Convention ticket.*
  • Coupon will only appear on the Younique App.

Fast Start Level 1

• Requirement: Earn an additional 250 PRS for a total of 500 PRS in your first 30 days
• Rewards: YOUNIQUE DAILY·YOU liquid collagen shot – 30 count and supplement holder
  • Direct upline Sponsor receives $25 USD, $32.5 CAD, $32.50 AUD, $34.75 NZD, £17.5 GBP, 22.5 € EUR, $400 MXN, HK$193.75 in product credit.

Fast Start Level 2

• Requirement: Earn an additional 250 PRS for a total of 750 PRS in your first 60 days
• Rewards: YOUNIQUE BARE·YOU illuminating primer, TOUCH BEHOLD prime and set powder, foundation of your choice, concealer or your choice, makeup brush holder, YOUNIQUE kabuki brush, and YOUNIQUE setting powder brush

Fast Start Level 3

• Requirements: Earn an additional 250 PRS for a total of 1,000 PRS total and personally sponsor 3 new Brand Ambassadors or Brand Affiliates in your first 90 days
• Rewards: Skin care bundle featuring the YOU·OLOGY 7-day vitamin C treatment, YOU·OLOGY refreshing biocellulose mask, and YOU·OLOGY UPLIFT beauty oil and a Younique-branded makeup bag

No You are not allowed to pay for all or any part of a new recruit’s YOUNIQUE Starter Kit, nor can you offer gifts, incentives, or anything of monetary value in exchange for their enrollment. Doing so is a violation of the Independent Brand Ambassador Agreement and may result in disqualification from Fast Start rewards. 

If you pay for a recruit’s Starter Kit or allow them to use your credit or debit card to enroll, you will not be eligible to receive the Fast Start Level 3 bonus tied to that recruit—even if they meet all other qualifications. 

These requirements are outlined in the Brand Ambassador Agreement under:

How and when will I receive my Fast Start Rewards?

Rewards coupons will be added to your account with month-end pay on the 8th of each month. They will be available for redemption when you shop. Coupons will expire 30 days after they are issued.

Any coupons earned during Fast Start will expire in 30 days after being added to your account and cannot be added back to your account after they expire. You have 90 days to report an issue with your coupons or rewards.

No. If you achieve Fast Start Level 3, but one of your recruits that contributed to that achievement returns their kit and their account is cancelled, you will lose your Fast Start Level 3 status.  

PRS stands for Personal Retail Sales, which represents the total sales you generate through your Younique business, minus tax, shipping, product credit, or business supplies. PRS is essential for achieving milestones and unlocking rewards in the Fast Start Program.

Is there a limit to how many rewards I can earn during Fast Start?

Each Fast Start reward can be earned only once upon achieving each Fast Start milestone.

What is product credit, and how do I use it?

Product credit is a digital currency added to your Younique account that is exclusively assigned for the purchase of Younique products at full retail price directly through our website. Above your shopping cart summary, you will see your available product credit balance and a purple box where you can enter the desired amount of product credit you wish to use toward your order. Product credit expires on the last day of the third month following the month it is applied. Find more information on product credit in the Product Credit FAQ.

How can I track my Fast Start progress?

You can track your Fast Start progress in the Younique App using the Fast Start Tracker.

How do I track my achievements in the Fast Start Program?

The Fast Start Tracker in the Younique App will show you how close you are to earning the rewards for each Fast Start level.

I’m a Sponsor. How do I track my team members’ Fast Start progress?

In the Younique App, you will be able to track your team members’ Fast Start progress by generating reports in the “My Team” tab.

Are YOUNIQUE Booster Boxes commissionable?

Yes, YOUNIQUE Booster Boxes are commissionable. You will earn 125 PRS for each Booster Box you purchase. If you buy two YOUNIQUE Booster Boxes within your first 15 days, you will instantly achieve Rising Star status.

How long are YOUNIQUE Booster Boxes available for purchase?

You can buy YOUNIQUE Booster Boxes during your first 90 days.

I joined Younique prior to January 1, 2025, and am in my Fast Start period. Can I participate in the new Fast Start Program?

It depends on your enrollment date. Here’s how the new Fast Start Program applies based on your enrollment date:

• Enrolled on or before October 2, 2024: You will not participate in the new Fast Start Program. Your original Fast Start period would already have ended by December 31, 2024.
• Enrolled between October 3 and December 31, 2024: You’ll have access to both Fast Start Programs!
  • Your Fast Start period will reset, giving you a new start date of January 1, 2025, for the updated program. This allows you to earn new Fast Start Rewards and purchase YOUNIQUE Booster Boxes. However, you will not qualify to earn double on Promotion Bonuses during this reset period. 
  • You’ll also earn any rewards from the legacy Fast Start Program that were earned prior to January 1, 2025.
  • Important: PRS earned before January 1, 2025, will not count toward the new Fast Start qualifications. PRS earned on or after January 1, 2025, will apply to the updated program.
• Enrolled on or after January 1, 2025: You’ll exclusively take part in the new Fast Start Program.

Am I eligible for all Fast Start Level rewards (Rising Star, Fast Start Level 1, 2, 3) if I achieve 1,000 PRS and sponsor three new Brand Ambassadors in my first 10 days?

Yes, you are eligible for all Fast Start Level rewards if you meet the requirements for Rising Star, Fast Start Level 1, Fast Start Level 2, and Fast Start Level 3 within your first 10 days.

• Product Rewards: Coupons for Younique product rewards will be added to your account around the 8th of the following month (pending holidays and weekends).
• Gift Rewards:
  • Rising Star & Fast Start Level 1: Rewards will become available on February 8, 2025.
  • Fast Start Level 2: Rewards will become available on March 8, 2025.
  • Fast Start Level 3: Rewards will become available on April 8, 2025.
• Future Availability: After April, all gifts will be available in all markets and warehouses globally.

Am I eligible for Fast Start Rewards if I achieve all milestones in my last 30 days?

If you achieve 1,000 PRS and sponsor three new Brand Ambassadors in your final 30 days of Fast Start, you will only be eligible for Fast Start Level 3 rewards.

Each level must be achieved within its specified timeline to earn its corresponding rewards. If you miss a deadline for one level, you are still eligible to achieve rewards for subsequent levels as long as those milestones are met within their timeframes.

When will my Younique Title and Sales Rewards be added to my account?

• Title Rewards: Rewards tied to title advancements will be added on the 8th of the month following your achievement.
