What is a shipping forwarding service?
A shipping forwarding service is a shipping provider that may enable certain customers and Brand Ambassadors/Brand Affiliates to receive products in territories where Younique is currently unable to ship directly but which are closely associated with markets in which Younique is currently open and accepting Brand Ambassador/Brand Affiliate enrollment. When you register an account with the shipping forwarding service of your choice, you will be provided with an address in a market where Younique is currently open and fully supported. When packages arrive at this address, the shipping provider will contact you to arrange final delivery to your home.
Why can Younique no longer ship directly to this area?
Unfortunately, shipping requirements in this area, combined with certain restrictions from our shipping carrier, prohibit Younique from shipping directly to this area.
Do I have to pay to use the shipping forwarding service?
Yes, Brand Ambassadors/Brand Affiliates and customers will be responsible for the additional international shipping cost, as well as any taxes, duties, or fees required by the shipping provider.
Who should I contact if my package is damaged or lost during delivery?
Younique is responsible for your shipment only until it reaches the shipping forwarding service address you provide during checkout, at which point the shipping provider is responsible for the timely and safe delivery of your shipment. If you experience any shipping concerns after your package has reached this facility, please contact the shipping provider directly.
Can I return an order placed through a shipping forwarding service?Absolutely! Please contact Younique Customer Care to submit your return request. Please keep in mind that per our LOVE IT GUARANTEE return policy, you will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with shipping your order back to us for either a refund or exchange. Additionally, you must possess all documentation required by both Younique and PayQuicker, our commission payment platform, in the associated market. How can I register as a Brand Ambassador/Brand Affiliate through a shipping forwarding service?
- Verify that you live in one of the unsupported territories or islands listed above.
- Create your account with the shipping forwarding service of your choice.
- Register as a Younique Brand Ambassador/Brand Affiliate in the market associated with your territory or island.
- Enter the shipping forwarding service address as your address during registration.
- Contact our Compliance department with your home address so we can update your Brand Ambassador/Brand Affiliate account.
I live in a territory or island not listed. Can I receive product and register as a Younique Brand Ambassador/Brand Affiliate?
