Product Credit is no longer issued to customers. Some Brand Ambassadors may continue to earn Product Credit through select programs, and previously issued Product Credit may still be available for redemption. All Product Credit will be permanently retired on January 31, 2026, subject to individual expiration dates and the guidelines below. 

What is product credit?  

Product credit is a digital currency added to your Younique account that can be used toward the purchase of eligible Younique products on youniqueproducts.com. 

Product credit is not supported on Komigo. 

How can I receive product credit?  

Brand Ambassadors and Brand Affiliates can earn product credit through select Younique programs and initiatives like Fast Start Rewards.

Are there restrictions on the use of product credit? 

Yes, the following restrictions apply:    

1. ​Product credit cannot be used to purchase business supplies (e.g. the YOUNIQUE Beauty Starter Kit). 
2. ​Product credit cannot be applied toward taxes or shipping fees. 
3. ​Discounted products or bundles typically do not allow for the application of product credit. 
4. ​Product credit will now expire on the last day of the third month following the month it is applied. For example, any product credit applied to your account during the month of January, whether it was on January 1, or January 31, would expire on April 30. 
   

Does product credit generate PRS?  

No, product credit does not generate PRS or commissions.  

What can I use my product credit on? 

Starting July 1, 2023, at 8 a.m. PDT, product credit can be applied to any full-price item, including newly released products.  

Discounted products, including subscription orders and items featured on the Last Chance Beauty page, are not eligible for product credit redemption. 

How can I apply product credit to my order?  

Above your shopping cart summary, you will see your available product credit balance and a purple box where you can enter the desired amount of product credit you wish to use toward your order. 

Can I transfer my product credit to another person’s account? 

Customers do not currently have the option to transfer their product credit to another's account. However, active Brand Ambassadors do have the ability to gift their product credit. Please consult the Product Credit Gifting FAQ here for more information.
