Custom Cart is a Younique App tool that allows Brand Ambassadors and Brand Affiliates to create a customized shopping experience for their customers.
As a Brand Ambassador or Brand Affiliate, how do I use Custom Cart?
To use Custom Cart, follow these steps:
Are there any perks/discounts for shopping through a Custom Cart link?
Yes! From April 1, 2025, at 8 a.m. PDT through May 31, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. PDT, Custom Cart orders qualify for the same promotional offers available on Younique.com. To unlock savings, free shipping, and free gifts, customers can:
* Eligible items must have a retail value of at least $20 USD, $24 CAD, $29 AUD, $32 NZD, £16 GBP, €22 EUR, $349 MXN, or HK$156. “Last Chance” and subscription-eligible products count toward the item total but do not qualify for additional discounts.
** Free shipping excludes Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Hong Kong. In these markets, the cart subtotal must be at least $72 CAD, $86 AUD, $96 NZD, or HK$465 after any savings are applied to qualify for free shipping on Younique.com.
Do cart products have specific rules to get savings or a free gift?
Yes. To qualify for savings, each product must meet the minimum retail value of $20 USD, $24 CAD, $29 AUD, $32 NZD, 16 GBP, 22 EUR, $349 MXN, or HK$156 and cannot be a Last Chance or subscription-eligible product.
To qualify for a free gift, all items must meet the same value threshold. While Last Chance and subscription-eligible items count toward the item count needed to unlock free gifts and savings, they do not qualify for savings themselves.
Can I purchase multiples of the same item to unlock savings or a free gift?
Yes. The items in your cart do not need to be unique. For example, if you add three MOODSTRUCK EPIC twisted mascaras to your Custom Cart, the customerpurchasing through the link will receive 10% off all three, unlock a free gift, and may qualify for free shipping—depending on their market.
Does free shipping stack with all the tiers of this promotion on Younique.com?
Yes! Free shipping stacks with all tiers of this promotion, as long as the order contains at least one eligible product. Whether you buy one eligible item or five eligible items, free shipping is applied automatically.
However, in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Hong Kong, a minimum cart subtotal must be met after any discounts are applied to receive free shipping:
Are there any products I can't add to a cart using Custom Cart?
Yes, the following items currently cannot be added to carts using Custom Cart:
What happens if a product in a cart becomes unavailable?
If a product becomes unavailable due to inventory constraints, it will appear grayed out and cannot be added to a new cart. If you have previously created a cart containing that item, customers will not be able to purchase that specific cart. However, if individual shades or colors are out of stock, customers can choose an alternative shade or color that is currently available.
Can customers modify the products in a cart, or are carts pre-set?
Yes. If the Brand Ambassador set up the Custom Cart link to be editable by the customer, they can add and remove products as well as change colors.
Is there a limit to the number of carts a Brand Ambassador or Brand Affiliate can create using the Custom Cart tool?
There is no limit to the number of carts a Brand Ambassador or Brand Affiliate can create.
Can multiple customers purchase the same cart created by a Brand Ambassador or Brand Affiliate?
Yes, the Custom Cart tool allows multiple customers to purchase the same pre-set cart created by a Brand Ambassador or Brand Affiliate. Once a cart has been created, the Brand Ambassador/Brand Affiliate can share it with as many customers as they would like. There is no limit to the number of times a cart can be purchased.
