Once your customers have set up their KomigoBox, managing it is simple. They can view their upcoming box, edit items, update billing or shipping, and skip a month — all from one place.
This guide will help you and your customers understand how to stay on top of every delivery.
Subscription Details
At the top of your KomigoBox page, you’ll see a quick summary of:
How many items are currently in your box
Which are subscriptions vs one-time add-ons
Your total cost for the month
Billing, Shipping & Payment
Your KomigoBox will show the exact date your subscription will be charged.
Make sure to review and update your items before that date.
You can also:
Update your shipping address anytime
Change your payment method directly in your account

Need to make a change?
Skip or remove
individual items anytime before your box locks
Or scroll to the bottom of the page to skip or cancel the full box

You’ll receive an email 11 days before your Delivery Day.
This message includes:

Your lock date
A full list of products
