How do I find my correct nail size?
Choose the nail that matches the width of your natural nail from sidewall to sidewall. A proper fit should feel secure but never tight.
What if I’m between sizes?
If you’re between sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller size. You can gently file the edges for a more custom, natural feel.
Are JoyBelle nails suitable for wider nail beds?
Yes. If needed, choose the smaller size and lightly file the sides for a personalized fit.
What if none of the nail sizes fit my nail beds?
If a nail isn’t sitting flat, it’s often slightly too large or not aligned correctly at the cuticle. Try sizing down and placing the nail just under the cuticle before pressing down.
If needed, you can gently file the sides of the press-on for a more custom fit. A well-fitted nail should feel smooth, secure, and comfortable.
Can I use JoyBelle nails if I have short nails?
Yes. JoyBelle nails work beautifully on short natural nails.
Are JoyBelle nails waterproof or water-resistant?
JoyBelle nails are designed for everyday life—handwashing and quick showers included. They are not fully waterproof. Prolonged water exposure can loosen the adhesive over time.
How long do JoyBelle press-on nails last?
With proper prep and application, JoyBelle nails can last up to two weeks. Wear time may vary based on lifestyle and water exposure.
What if my nails keep popping off?
This is usually a prep or sizing issue. Make sure your natural nails are completely clean, dry, and free from oils or lotion before applying. Lightly buff away shine so the adhesive can grip.
Double-check that each press-on fits sidewall to sidewall without overlapping your skin, press firmly for 30+ seconds, and avoid water or hand lotion for at least one hour after application. With the right prep and fit, your nails can last up to two weeks.
What if one nail breaks or cracks?
If the damage is minor, you can gently file the edge to smooth it out and continue wearing the nail. If the crack is more noticeable or uncomfortable, we recommend removing and replacing that nail for the best look and feel.
How do I remove JoyBelle nails safely?
Soak nails in warm, soapy water or remove after a bath or shower.
Gently lift using the cuticle stick or nail file.

How do I remove leftover glue from my nails?
Gently buff away remaining glue or soak briefly in warm, soapy water. Finish with cuticle oil or moisturizer to keep nails healthy.

Can I reuse JoyBelle nails?

Due to mixed materials, JoyBelle nails and adhesives are not currently recyclable.
What if the glue dries too fast?
Apply glue one nail at a time and press to natural nail immediately. Nail glue is designed to set quickly for a strong hold.
What should I do if I get glue on my skin or cuticles?
Let the glue dry completely, then gently wash with warm, soapy water. Once dry, it can usually be rolled off. Avoid pulling while wet.
What if I get air bubbles under the nail?
Air bubbles usually happen if the glue starts to set before the nail is fully pressed down. Apply glue evenly, place the nail at the cuticle first, then press down toward the tip. Hold firmly for 30+ seconds.
If you notice bubbles right away, remove the nail, clean off the adhesive, and reapply using fresh glue or a new glue dot.
What should I do if the glue bottle clogs?
Wipe the tip clean after each use and close tightly. If clogged, gently twist the cap on and off to loosen dried glue. Store upright in a cool, dry place.
Is the glue safe for sensitive skin?
